Refund Policy

FretRep is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains conditions under which refunds are issued for Pro plan purchases.

 

1. Refund Window

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan purchases (monthly and annual). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

Renewal charges are not eligible for refund once processed. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued if:

  • Your request is within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The application does not function as described
  • A technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
  • You were charged incorrectly or twice

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 7-day window has passed
  • Extensive Pro feature use during the refund period (more than 10 sessions)
  • Your device does not meet minimum system requirements
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • The request is for a subscription renewal rather than initial purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@fretrep.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID from your payment confirmation email
  • The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account after we process the refund.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. For existing subscriptions, the policy at the time of purchase applies.
